Sugar-free brownie mix and natural peanut butter are used to make this stupidly easy dessert recipe! Peanut Butter Brownie Bites are perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth if you love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter.
It’s my birthday!
I’m just hoping Blink 182 was wrong when they said that thing about being 23 …
But I’m pretty confident that EVERYBODY likes you when you’re 23 … if you have Peanut Butter Brownie Bites to share.
These delicious bites of heaven are moist two-bite brownies that are stuffed with creamy peanut butter and topped off with chocolate and peanut butter chips! It really doesn’t get much better than that.
Although recipes using ingredients that come from a box aren’t really my “thing,” these Peanut Butter Brownie Bites are the exception. Plus, everyone should splurge on their birthday. And if you’re me, you celebrate the entire week … err month.
Even if it’s not your birthday, I highly recommend making these. Like … yesterday. They’re delicious.
I’m heading out of town to visit my family in North Carolina tomorrow, which is a welcomed vacation from fall in Chicago! Perhaps I’ll even treat them to these bites of heaven. This is the perfect recipe for those who don’t bake (me) because they use sugar-free brownie mix. It’s as simple as mixing together the ingredients, baking, then smothering in peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free brownie mix plus ingredients to prepare it (eggs, oil)
- 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips mix (or 1/2 cup each)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix according to package.
- Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray (I used 24), and spoon the batter into the tins. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until tops are set.
- Once out of the oven, use the back of a wooden spoon to create small holes in the top of each brownie.
- Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds, then spoon 1/2-1 teaspoon into each hole. Top with peanut butter and chocolate chips and let cool completely in the pans. Enjoy!
