My mom made this smoothie during her sugar detox, and it actually tastes amazing without any sweetener! If you want it a bit sweeter, just add some maple syrup or honey to the mix.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop of 100% pure grass fed whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If you like it a little thicker then add a handful or more of ice cubes.
