Paleo Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

This Paleo Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie is made using coconut milk, canned pumpkin, and protein powder for the perfect after workout snack, breakfast, or even dessert!

Paleo Pumpkin Pie Protein SmoothieThe name of this recipe has 4 P’s. Can you tell I’m a fan of alliterations?

You may think of smoothies as a summer drink – but this recipe proves that they’re perfect all year long! With coconut milk, pumpkin, and protein powder, this is the perfect paleo friendly smoothie recipe to make after a hard workout, or as a filling breakfast that will keep you going all morning. If you love pumpkin desserts, you’ll definitely love this pumpkin pie-flavored healthy smoothie recipe.

My mom made this smoothie during her sugar detox, and it actually tastes amazing without any sweetener! If you want it a bit sweeter, just add some maple syrup or honey to the mix.
