This recipe for The Easiest Crustless Quiche really is super simple – combine anything you have in your product drawer with some eggs and meat (if you like), and bake!

The Easiest Crustless Quiche

Wana know how you have the best sister in the world? I’ll tell you!

It’s when you complain to her that you have no time to meal prep this week, and she brings you over a fresh baked Easiest Crustless Quiche! Isn’t that just the sweetest?

This recipe is a definite favorite in our family. My mom introduced us to the magic of the Easiest Crustless Quiche, and my sisters and I jumped on board.

You can use anything you have in your produce drawer – ANYTHING! It’s a great way to use up extra veggies, meat and cheese. Use your imagination. Go wild.

The Easiest Crustless Quiche

Easiest Crustless Quiche can be made ahead of time and heated up throughout the week. I gotta have my protein in the mornings, so this recipe is perfect for me.

It would also be a great addition to brunch served with some salsa on top. Yummm. The possibilities are endless.

Hi, what is “one bag precooked turkey sausage”? How many ounces? What brand or suggestion do you use? What amount of shredded cheese? What kind goes well with your recipe? Thank you.

Jimmy Dean makes the precooked kind! Or you can just cook ground turkey yourself. About 9.6 ounces. I would choose cheddar or feta for this recipe! About 1/2 cup.
