When I saw a version of this on one of my favorite food blogs Damn Delicious, I knew it would be the perfect quick and easy recipe to make for my holiday parties.

This Pomegranate Pecan Baked Brie uses a sweet mixture of honey and brown sugar that pairs perfectly with the creamy Brie.
What I love most about this recipe is that it only takes about 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a baking dish or 5-inch skillet, top brie with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bake until soft, about 12-15 minutes.
- In the last few minutes of baking, mix remaining 3 tablespoons brown sugar, honey, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange zest in a small sauce pan. Heat until bubbling and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in pecans and pomegranates.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the brie and serve warm with crackers.
