5-Minute Blender Paleo Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips and Coconut

Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
2 medium bananas (they should be very ripe)
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon coconut oil, solid
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
4 drops liquid stevia
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and coconut in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut.
Grease a muffin pan. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes or until tops are brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
