Total Time22 minutes
Ingredients
For the Burgers
2 pounds ground beef, cold
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 hamburger buns
For the Toppings
6 hamburger buns
6 slices bacon, cooked
4 ounces crumbled Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese
½ cup fig jam
2 cups arugula
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined (I use my hands for this step).
Form the burgers into 6 patties and place on a plate or tray.
Head your grill to 450-500 degrees F. For medium burgers, cook for 6 to 7 minutes (until about 145 degrees F). Flip them once during cooking.
To assemble, spread fig jam on each of the top buns. Top each bottom bun with a burger, goat cheese, bacon and arugula. Serve and enjoy!
