Ingredients

For the Burgers

  • 2 pounds ground beef, cold
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 hamburger buns

For the Toppings

  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 ounces crumbled Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • 2 cups arugula

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined (I use my hands for this step).
  2. Form the burgers into 6 patties and place on a plate or tray.
  3. Head your grill to 450-500 degrees F. For medium burgers, cook for 6 to 7 minutes (until about 145 degrees F). Flip them once during cooking.
  4. To assemble, spread fig jam on each of the top buns. Top each bottom bun with a burger, goat cheese, bacon and arugula. Serve and enjoy!
