Ingredients
For the Steak Tacos

8 ounces sirloin, strip or flat iron steak, cut into 1/2 inch thin slices

1/2 onion, sliced

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

1 can (4.5 ounces) green chiles

Taco seasoning, to taste

1 cup beef stock

Juice of 1 lime
Accompaniments

Tortillas (I use Siete Foods)

Tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Cilantro, chopped

Plain Greek yogurt, sour cream or creme fraische

Hot sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle the steak generously with taco seasoning and place in the Instant Pot.
- Cover the steak with onions, tomato sauce, chiles, beef stock and lime juice and stir to combine.
- Pressure cook for 10 minutes with the vent set to seal. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Remove the steak and onions with a slotted spoon and serve on tortillas with all the fixin's.
