These Peanut Butter Green Smoothie Freezer Packs are an easy way to prep smoothies in advance to throw in the blender in the morning!
Ingredients
1 bag spinach
1 container blueberries
1 container raspberries
3 very ripe bananas, peeled and diced
6 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
Unsweet vanilla almond milk (for when you're ready to blend)
Instructions
Divide spinach, blueberries, raspberries and bananas amongst 6 sandwich bags. Drop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter into each bag. Freeze until ready to use.
When ready to blend, add one smoothie pack to the blender with about 1 cup almond milk and ice (depending on how thick you like your smoothie, use more or less ice).
