Easy Mango Tuna Poke Bowls

These Easy Mango Tuna Poke Bowls are easily customizable to be Whole 30, low carb, gluten-free, and paleo compliant.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Trader Joe’s Sesame-Crusted Hardwood Smoked Ahi Tuna
  • 1 cup white rice (or rice of choice)
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 jalapeńo, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame, steamed
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • Cilantro, for garnish
  • Green onion, for garnish

For the Spicy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons sriracha (or more if you like it spicy)
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble the bowls by starting with rice, then top it with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl then drizzle on top. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute greens, more cabbage, or cauliflower rice to suit your dietary needs!
