Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Meal Prep Bowl

This Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli meal prep bowl is simple, healthy and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast, cooked
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 2 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a steamer or pan with steam basket, steam the broccoli and red pepper together for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  1. Arrange rice, vegetables and sliced chicken in meal prep bowls. Pour 2 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over each bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
  2. Microwave 2 minutes to serve.
