Easy Chicken Meal Prep Bowls: Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli
This Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli meal prep bowl is simple, healthy and perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
2 chicken breast, cooked
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cup brown rice, cooked
2 head broccoli, chopped
1 red pepper, sliced
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Green onion, for garnish
Instructions
In a steamer or pan with steam basket, steam the broccoli and red pepper together for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Arrange rice, vegetables and sliced chicken in meal prep bowls. Pour 2 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over each bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
