Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are super easy to make. They're the perfect healthier chicken tenders recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100% Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl or plate, combine Panko, Parmesan, and spices.
- Dip chicken tenders one-by-one in the egg, then press it into the Panko mixture on each side until all pieces are covered.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken in a single layer (about 4 should fit) and spray the tops with avocado oil spray.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
