Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are so easy to make! They’re the perfect healthier chicken tenders recipe.

If you guys are looking for something to put on your Christmas list this year, might I recommend an air fryer?

It has become one of my favorite things! At first, I’ll admit, I was a skeptic. I didn’t understand the purpose of an air fryer when an oven can do basically the same thing.

However, now that I’ve had a chance to make a few recipes (like these wings and cauliflower gnocchi) and these chicken tenders … I’m a believer.

Making homemade chicken tenders is actually so easy! All you have to do is dip the chicken in egg then a breadcrumb mixture, and air fry for just a few minutes.

This is the perfect recipe for Football Sunday, or a quick weeknight dinner because it comes together quickly and is the perfect thing to feed even the pickiest eaters.

I always use Panko breadcrumbs to bread things because I think it adds a perfect crunch to whatever I’m cooking.

I’ve recommended an Italian-style coating, but you can also keep it super simple without the Italian seasonings.

I served this chicken next to baked sweet potato fries and air fried brussels sprouts and it was the perfect meal!
