One of my favorite green bean recipes – by sautéing them in just a few simple ingredients, you can take green beans from drab to FAB! Give it a try – even those veggie-haters might love this stir-fried green beans recipe with ginger and soy.
This is one of those easy side dish recipes that’s great to make during the spring and summer when fresh green beans are in season! Even if you seldom have time for sides, this one takes just a few minutes and is full of flavor. Ginger, soy and sesame oil give them amazing flavor, while crushed red pepper adds just a bit of heat.
These green beans would also be great with a splash of Sriracha or sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
