These 3-Ingredient Crockpot Cranberry Barbecue Chicken Wings are super simple to make and use ingredients from Mariano’s.
If you’re from the Chicagoland area, I’d be willing to bet you’re familiar with Mariano’s. It’s definitely one of my favorite grocery stores in the area, especially for its Italian food selection.
I mean, they literally have an entire section of the store devoted to different types of cuisine. Every time I walk in there, I’m baffled by the wide varieties of olive oil, cheeses, and fresh meats.
In the video below, Bob Mariano chats with Tony Priolo of Chicago’s Piccolo Sogno (one of Chicago’s BEST outdoor patios, by the way) about the importance of good olive oil in Italian cooking! I love how he explains how to choose the right oil for cooking.
Mariano’s is not only known for its Italian food selection, though. They have an impressive selection of just about anything you want. With Thanksgiving this week, I thought it would be fun to create a recipe that might use up some of that extra cranberry sauce.
These 3-Ingredient Crockpot Cranberry Barbecue Chicken Wings use Mariano’s store brand Roundy’s honey barbecue sauce and chicken wings, plus just ONE other ingredient: cranberry sauce from a can or leftover from Thanksgiving.
They’re seriously so easy to make and are the perfect amount of sweet. Just throw the wings in your slow cooker and let them cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Pop them in the oven to get that nice sticky glaze, and serve!
3-Ingredient Crockpot Cranberry Barbecue Chicken Wings is a great recipe to make to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers. If you live in the Chicago area, be sure you get to Mariano’s to check out their amazing selection.
This barbecue sauce is great (plus they have more flavors!), and I always feel good about buying their chicken. It’s all natural with no added hormones!

Creative idea! I seem to always have cranberry sauce left over. AND it's football season. DOING it!
