Easy Instant Pot Steak Tacos cook in just 10 minutes and require very little prep work. They’re the perfect weeknight dinner recipe!
Tacos might be one of my all-time favorite things to make for dinners during the week.
This Easy Instant Pot Steak Tacos recipe takes the cake for a super simple meal that’s done in 20 minutes and requires very little cleanup.
The simple combination of steak, onions, taco seasoning, chiles and tomato paste makes for super flavorful tacos that also make great leftovers!
Since I got my Instant Pot, you could say I’ve been a little obsessed. I especially love it in the colder months to make soups, shredded chicken, oats and more!
I love using the Instant Pot to make tacos because these cook in just 10 minutes, during which time I can just set it and forget it.
After they’re done, all I have to do is throw the pot in the dishwasher … no pots or pans to clean and no messy splatters!
I’ve recommended my favorite toppings below, but you can use any toppings you like! Of course, in my house, a taco isn’t a taco without Siete Foods tortillas and plenty of Cholula hot sauce.
I love using Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream, especially in tacos. To me, it tastes exactly the same but it’s higher in protein!
Next time you need a quick and easy dinner recipe, give these Easy Instant Pot Steak Tacos a try. I hope you love them as much as we did!
